The BuzzWorks team is up and about from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Our housekeeping staff are ready to help you from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and our hubs can be accessed 24×7
Does a BuzzWorks membership gives me access to branches in other cities?
Can I walk into BuzzWorks for a tour, or should I schedule it beforehand?
Come on in! Our doors are always open for those seek the ‘Buzz’. We’d love to show you around, flaunt our services and give you a glimpse of our community.
Can guests visit me at BuzzWorks? If so, how many?
You can have as many visitors as you like – all you need to do is send them an invite from the app that will be provided by us. And as long as your guests aren’t regularly visiting you, they can come in for free.
What is the documentation required for a BuzzWorks membership?
All you need to bring is your KYC details, your mobile phone – and most importantly, a big smile.
Can I switch my BuzzWorks plan mid-month?
Yes. We would prorate the used month with your previous plan.
Can a person below the age of 18 become a member of BuzzWorks?
Of course. Nothing thrills us like young students with great entrepreneurship skills and so we have come up with plans that specially cater to students. We can guarantee that you’ll find a great community here to learn from and be inspired by.
If I am moving out of my office space, how much notice do you require?
We’d like for you to let us know 30 days in advance in a regular plan.
What are my payment options?
We prefer online NEFT/RTGS payments. You can also pay by DD.
Are all your pricing plans inclusive of taxes?
The prices mentioned here are exclusive of GST.
On what date of every month will I be billed by BuzzWorks?
We raise our invoices on the 20th of every month. For example, you’ll get an invoice from us on the 20th of April for the month of May, and the due date will be the 10th of May.
What amount must I pay to book an office space?
If you pay us a pre-booking amount of INR 2000, you’ve bagged yourself a seat – regardless of the plan. The pre-booking amount will be Rs. 2000 per seat, which is adjustable in your first rental invoice.
Then, to get the ball rolling, you’ll need to pay a one-month rental and security deposit, depending on your plan and lock-in period, as an advance before using the space.
Where can I download my invoices and receipts?
System-generated invoices will be sent to your inbox ever month. In case you need additional copies, you can always give our Hub team a ring, and they’ll be happy to help.
Can I use my own branding design in my cabin?
Of course! We want your space to reflect the best of you, and what inspires you. You can use your own branding inside your cabin or near our space post approval from our Hub team.
Are all BuzzWorks events chargeable?
It depends on the type of event, but 99% of the time the events are free of cost and just need to be RSVP’d. Building a community of like-minded people is a labour of love for us, and we’d always love for you to join in.
Can BuzzWorks accommodate additional team members if my business grows?
Yes, we can, and we’ll also be your greatest cheerleaders.
Does BuzzWorks provide office furniture, and if so, are there extra charges?
Our spaces have been set up to best suit your requirements, but if you need any other furniture, we can help you obtain them at your own cost. We have in-house partnered with many vendors, and we can either connect you with them, or help you with specific requirements at an extra cost.
What is the process for booking a meeting room?
With regular plans, you get 10 hours of conference room and meeting room usage in the Hub. We also give you credits to book meeting/conference rooms. 1 credit is equivalent to 30 minutes. If you have exhausted the credits, please reach out to the Hub team. They will be happy to help you.
What should I do if I lose my access card?
We hope you never do – but sadly, mistakes happen! Reach out to our Hub team and request for a new access card. You will need to pay an additional cost of Rs. 350 for your new access card.
Can I avail services or special offers from BuzzWorks partners?
Yes, you can. As a BuzzWorks member, we want to add more value to our services. We have a list of partners that you can check through our app and avail services at a special offer.
Can I advertise on the app and social pages of the BuzzWorks about my company?
You can’t advertise your business on our app, but we do have social media handles where you can boast about your achievements and connect with members across BuzzWorks. We would also love if you post/share/like/retweet on our social media handles tagging your company and your team members or vice versa.
Can I have a dedicated IT connection for my business? If so, what are the charges?
We have high-speed internet and a monitored firewall at every hub. But if you need your own leased line, you can contact the Hub team and get the list of approved vendors for the premises. We’ll give you an NOC that you can show your service provider and get the internet connection you need. We prefer you use LAN as we have our own Wi-Fi routers, and it may conflict and create problems for other users.
What is the Internet speed at BuzzWorks?
Our speed varies from 2 Mbps to 8 Mbps for every user which is capped at our firewall.
How many of my devices can I connect to the BuzzWorks Wi-fi?
Once you are registered and paid for the plan, we will share the Wi-Fi password with you. You can then log into our network and connect up to 3 devices.
Can I use a private server at BuzzWorks?
Yes, and for any necessary network configurations, you can just talk to our Hub team and IT team, who’ll help you set up the system.
Do you provide IT assistance for setting up my devices and connections?
We’re all about helping you in whatever ways we can. Our IT team will assist you with any IT-related queries, so please feel free to reach out to us for anything you may need.
How can I use printers?
Once you are logged in the BuzzWorks network, you can search for the printer and print directly. We have a cap of 50 pages per month per member (black and white prints). We also offer colour prints, but they are chargeable at Rs. 5 per page.
How do I report an issue?
We have a ticketing system in the app where you can raise a ticket. It will then be picked up by the relevant team and you will be contacted immediately.
Whom do I call for help in case of an emergency?
We would be glad to help you immediately in case of any emergency. You can all any of the Community Executives or any BuzzWorks employee for help. You can also use your app and click on SOS, which will immediately connects your call to Security Services.
